Biography
June Park has represented waterfront property on Puget Sound since 2004. Early in her career she began commissioning independent shoreline and seismic assessments before listing — at her own expense, and before any rule obliged her.
The practice cost her listings for years. It is now the expectation across the market she works in, and the template her firm published in 2019 is used by brokerages in three states.
She has closed more than $2.1 billion in waterfront volume without a single post-closing claim.
