Biography
Rajiv Menon has advised institutional capital across eleven markets in Asia-Pacific and Europe since 2000. His practice is built on a rule he applies without exception: the disclosure given in the most demanding jurisdiction is the disclosure given in all of them.
He has structured more than $9 billion in cross-border acquisitions and has withdrawn from four mandates rather than accept diluted reporting.
He now chairs a working group drafting common disclosure language for cross-border residential and mixed-use transactions.
